So it’s been a while, and I have quite a bit of catching up to do, as it’s been a crazy year!  I started the next chapter in my career, and am now working for a great IBM Premier Business Partner called PointSource.  As tough as a decision as it was after working for IBM for over 16 years, it was a great opportunity that I couldn’t pass.  I’m now back working with customers implementing digital and mobile solutions, mostly using the IBM technologies.  One of the projects I’ve been working on is for a financial services company, in which they were looking to provide their 100,000+ member sales force with a better way to interact with their clients (typically done face-to-face in their client’s home), as well as help with the on-boarding and engagement of new sales representatives joining the company.  One of the highly utilized modules within the mobile app we built required the integration of highly personalized, rich-content that is used by the sales force to engage their potential clients, as well as self paced education.  This customer recently purchase IBM Web Content Manager, and it was my role to incorporate this use case using IBM WCM.  At PointSource, we’ve built a solution – Meticulous, that provides a lot of the integration necessary to bring WCM content to a multi-channel application.
